The following shipping conditions apply:
Processing times
All orders are processed within 5 to 14 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of the order. If the items are available in our warehouse, we will dispatch the parcel immediately. Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high order volume. Items that are not in stock may have longer delivery times. We only ship complete packages and do not make partial deliveries.

Costs (all prices exclude VAT)
Our shipping costs are flat rate and do not include the option of free shipping. The shipping costs are as follows:

Austria
Spain
All other EU countries
The countries mentioned include: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
Shipping restrictions
We do not offer delivery to countries outside the EU.
We do not deliver to Switzerland.
We do not deliver to islands or overseas regions.
Consignment tracking
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.
In most cases, we ship our parcels with UPS.
Damaged or lost orders

Customs and import taxes
All orders are shipped from Spain. There are no additional customs duties or import taxes within the EU. Any additional costs incurred are borne by the customer.
Returns
Returns are at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the credit note. If a parcel is not accepted and has to be sent again, the postage will be charged again.
