Usage & Preparation

Shake the bottle well before use. Dissolve the contents of one bottle in 200 ml to 300 ml of water (approx. 1 glass). Drink the prepared drink immediately after making it – ideally about 2 hours after breakfast.

• As this is a natural product, small amounts of sediment or slight cloudiness are perfectly normal and do not indicate a quality issue.
